Derived class of a controller objects for transforms.

TransformControllerBase is derived from ComponentControllerBase and is the base class for the control of transforms. This class should be used as base for new transform controller.

This function initializes the transformation with the information given in the transform setup. the function is called by ActualizeComponent. If a derived class overrides ActualizeComponent, it should call this function itself or call ActualizeComponent of the superclass.
TransformControllerBase has no initialization abilities and will not change the initial transform values (ITV). To indicate the missing of an initializing capability the functions returns false. If a derived class implement these capabilities it should return true.

Parameters:
[in,out] pTransformComponent Pointer to the transformation component.
[in,out] pComponentCache Pointer to the component cache, that owns the transformation. Therfore containing also the setup of the transform.
[in,out] pSessionInfo Pointer to the session info.
[in] iInitializeByITV The integer indicates, if the transform parameters should be computed are get by the initial transform values.
Remarks:
the default implementation of ActualizeMainComponent ensures the validity of all passed pointers. If you call SetInitialTransformValues in your own implementation of ActualiteMainComponent also ensure validity.
Returns:
Indicates the capability of the class to initialize the transform values. If the return is false the class has no methods to initialize. If the return is true, the class has initialized the transform values by the parameters of the setup.
