Detailed Description

Controllerclass for a mutual information metric using the total histograms of the image intensities.

MutualInformationHistogramMetricControllerBase is derived from MutualInformationHistogramMetricControllerBase and is the controller for a mutual information metric implemented by itk::MutualInformationHistogramImageToImageMetric. This metric is based on the mutual information theory and uses the intensity histograms of the images.
